Returns and Exchange Policy

Millington St Exchange Policy

You may exchange an item within 14 days of receipt for another item or store credit. We understand that these things happen and sizes may vary or things may not look as hot on you as they do on our mannequin.

If you would like an exchange, email Millington St on exchanges@millingtonst.com.au. Make sure you provide your name, address, customer number, height, weight, garment name, date, reason for exchange and most importantly what you want to exchange it for.

We will email you back with a Returns Number (RN). Then you just have to send us the item with a copy of your receipt and most importantly with your RN clearly printed so we know who you are and what you damn well want.

Products must be in the condition you received them and with a copy of your receipt.

Items worn or with stains or not in original cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Millington St will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

You are responsible for the return of all goods. This includes any costs incurred posting the goods back to us.

An exchange might not always be possible, as we may not have an item in stock at time of the return. If this occurs we will contact you to offer an alternative.

Once the goods have been received and approved for exchange, you will be sent your new item and you will not be charged for this because we are such top blokes.

Sale items cannot be returned and refunds will only be given if items are a manufacturing fault. Manufacturing faults will be accessed by Millington St.
